The ‘Acting 101’ of Acting Lessons
An immersive /intensive introduction to the key elements involved in acting. This is the ‘Acting 101’ of acting lessons which many beginner actors skip in the process.

Lee Strasberg, Stella Adler, Uta Hagen, Sanford Meisner, Michael Chekhov – all these iconic acting teachers got their start learning from the father of all acting theory: Konstantin Stanislavski. And all of these acting teachers used his work as the foundation for their work.
In this 14 session course, you will explore his systematic approach to acting and put his practices to work. This course is excellent for beginner actors and or those who wish to return to the core practices to strengthen and enliven their process.
Online or in person.
Option to pay in two installments available. Sessions are scheduled at the convenience of both parties preferably once per week or bi-monthly.
The Foundation Course 2
This course is for clients that have taken The Foundation Course above. We pick up where we left off going deeper and deeper into the foundational techniques. No gimmicks. No tricks. This is the real work.

In this 15 session course, you will continue working with and building upon the acting techniques focusing on the key elements in the acting process: truth and belief, building a character, connecting to psycho-physical states, working with and connecting to objectives and psychological actions, and working from a place of openness. Acting is being. And Acting is doing. When these two truths coincide, good acting is the result.
